We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our user’s needs and our business priorities or for any other reason that we believe necessary. We will try and give you reasonable notice of any major changes that would impact your access to our site.

We have the right to disable any user-ID or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this User Agreement. However, no account will be disabled without the user being notified via the registered email address.

How you may use material on our site: We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You shall not print off copies or download extracts of any page(s) from our site or any content posted on our site. We are not responsible for viruses, and you must not introduce them. We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses although we do everything within our control to avoid at all costs from happening. No Course information, videos or material should be copied, replicated, distributed or sold under any circumstance unless you have entered into a partnership agreement with KYC Lookup.

Governing law and jurisdiction:

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales..
